Subject: CONSTRUCTION OF ONE UNIT 25MB ADO VCR TANK

Sir/Madam:

This refers to the on-going project at Petron Limay Bataan under P.O# with a project duration
of 183 calendar days. Please be informed that the agreed completion date of the said project
was January 15, 2020. But due to the reasons stated below, the completion schedule will be
extended also.

- Due to the lack of supply of HDPE. (253 cu.m)

- Drying of soil in the lower portion of the excavation area (see attached photo)

As of to date(January 28, 2020), project accomplishment is 98.40% in progress. EEI needs

another 44 days to finish the said job.

In this regard, may we formally request to extend the completion date until February 29, 2020
for us to complete the project. Thank you
