Utility: At the start of the company we don’t have much capital so we can’t use a
pay as you go politic

 For the viable options, what are the strengths and weaknesses of each?

Infomediary: I think that this is really a viable option for the business, because we
can know exactly what people is interested in our ukulele’s products.

Merchant: I think that this can be used to because we can have a wide number of
distributors for our business.

Manufacturer (Direct): I think that in the start it will be the most useful for the new
business venture because it allows us to make our own products and have a
greater income in sales.

Community: I think that community is a great way to strengths a brand with a lot of
people that are interested in the same, because we can have a sense of
community, the sense of be part of something. I think that if we apply the
community in our business, we will have success
