17. INSURANCES

The Contractor shall submit and deliver the Contractor’s All-Risk Group Insurance,
Third Party Liability insurance policies together with General Liability insurance if
required all of which shall remain in force until the Works are satisfactorily
completed and accepted by the Owner.

The accredited Insurance Company is; Banco De Oro (BDO)
