STATEMENT

I worked as Team leader of structural design of Package 1, 2 and 3 of the Signal Free Junction at
Qainchi, Ghazi Road and Khaira Project. Cast-in place Solid Slab was proposed at the U-turns at
the Tender Stage. Later on Cast-in place solid slab was replaced by box section since during
excavation at site presence of main sewer line along the Ferozepur road under the foundations was
detected. The purpose of providing box girder was to reduce the super structure loads to make the
structure safe against poor condition of soil strata under the foundation.
