Agenda topic: 3rd Students’ Progress Report
Objective: Communicate promptly and clearly learners’ needs, progress and achievement.

Discussion:

We started at exactly 12:00 a.m. the vice-president of the HRPTA leads the opening
prayer. The first agenda was discussed by the adviser and it’s about the attitude and behavior of the
students in class and their academic performance. The teacher advised the guardian/parents to guide the
students and check them regularly to monitor them. Distribution of cards and awarding of the students
with perfect attendance and with honors follow. Before the meeting was adjourned the teacher let the
parents asked about their children’s stand in class.
The said meeting was attended by 28 guardian/parents and ended at 12:30 p.m.
