Problem: Electric Bill

Electricity is energy that is important in daily human life. Our country has migrated to smart
meters to monitor the usage of electricity. However, there are many allegations that the meters
are not accurate, and an online petition has been created to urge the government to probe
Tenaga National (TNB) over alleged overcharging after switching to smart meters. You also
believe that you (your family) have been charged more than it supposed to be. Do a study
which you can prove factually that you have been overcharged (or not) by TNB.
