To the honorable/excellency Head of School and Senior Principle, Ibu Clerie Repi, to Junior Principle,

Bapak Oliver Maengkom, the CC/TT of Senior Department, Ibu Lisa, CC/TT of junior Departmen, Bapak
Dalpin Tanan dan Ibu Filli Bangki, to our wonderful parents who spend their time attending our happy
moment and last of all to all my kindness and grateful friends.

Shalom and good afternoon everyone,

I am so delighted to be on stage in this solemn place here today in front of all of you, the best high and
middle high school graduates students. Right now in this moment I wanted to say thank you to all of the
teachers, students, friends, and parents that helps us to be here right now. It was all because of you guys
that all of us are here.

Even now when I am being here at this stage right now I still cannot bring myself to forgot the experience
I had for the past three years of attending this school, right now I wanted to share a little bit of my
experience and joy that I got from this school. The thing that I liked the most is the memories of music
recital, where we as a class have to do a concert in front of our parents and fellow students. It was very
scary and to be honest I am really nervous when it is my class time to show I am very afraid, I am afraid
that we might mess this whole things up, but when I looked around I realize that not only me myself are
afraid or nervous but it was all of us, all of us are afraid to mess up, why? Because we put a lot of efforts
into that one time performance and that is why we are afraid, but out of all of that nervousness we still
have to go on stage so we just give it our best and that will became one of the most precious moments we
spent in SDH Manado.

To graduate students from grade nine I would like to give you a few words before I continue with my
thank you speech for teachers and parents. I know you may have graduate, but the path you will walk
from now on will become harder as it goes, but as long as you believe in yourself and God you surely will
succeed in everything you did. I hope you would listen to this short advise and applied it in your life and
now I would continue my speech with thank you words for teachers and parents.

To our teachers, thank you for so unselfishly sharing you time, talent and knowledge with us. Yes, we
know it was your job to do it, but what you did for us went beyond the call of duty. You took the time to
explain assignments, sometimes repeatedly because we weren't paying attention. You allowed us to
come to your classroom after school for extra help when you could have gone home to spend time with
your family. You put in the effort to make lessons more interesting so we wouldn't just tune out. You
demanded excellence from us whether or not we wanted to give it. You set the bar high and challenged
us to live up to it.

To our parents, thank you for supporting us in more ways than it's possible to count. You dragged us out
of bed each morning, made sure we were fed and clothed for school. You herded us out the door to the
bus stop or drove us to school yourselves. You helped us with homework, paid our class fees, and
listened to our complaints. You came to our plays, attended our sporting events, and chaperoned our
dances. You commiserated over our daily dramas, but you tried to give us enough space to learn how to
work things out for ourselves. These are just a few of the thousands of ways you've supported us on our
journey as we face lots challenge for our future.
