1. What challenges are you looking for in a position?

A a recruiter can face,

- First of all, it is difficult to match the job description with the bunch if resumes.

- Recruirer faces problems in finding out the right candidate due to various organisational
diffrences, cultural diffrences and attitudes.

- The main challange for he recruiter is, he/she should be able to relate the job descriotion to the
resume of the candidates.

2. Describe a typical work week for hr recruiter position?

The first thing I do on Monday morning is check my email, then I prioritize my activities for the
week.

3. What is your biggest weakness?

My greatest weakness is that I don't like getting interrupted when I am seriously into something.
Another one of my weaknesses is that I trust people very easily. As I already said, I am a very
patient person, so I am actively working on this gap.

4. Why should the we hire you as hr recruiter position?

Sir, I'm always ready to work harder and it's my hobby to complete my given work within time. I
always try to do the work which is beneficial for your company. During my academics, I had take
part in many extra curricular activities, that will helps a lot for me and guaranteed for your
company also.

It’s simple, I read your company’s mission and vision. After finding out more information about
your company from social media, I can clearly see how my goals align with the purposes of the
company. There's nothing I love more than when I am working with other engaged individuals
towards a common goal, and that's what excited me about working here.

7. What kind of salary do you need?

As a fresher I I don't have expectation, I will go as per company standards.

Sir, I would like to have my feedback, so that I can analyze and improve my strengths and rectify
my shortcomings.
