01-16-20 7:15AM - Yesterday, I arrived at BIT-DAO at exactly 7:33 am and we

12:00PM started our morning circle at 7: 30 am. I was late but Im
happy because I was able to have my attendance
checked. Arriving at Albur, I immediately located my
patient and asked her about her health on the past few
days . She told me her health have been okay since the
last time I visited, she is smiling and seems contented
with the life that she have. She also shared to me that
she tried to comply with the drug prescription but cannot
adhere well because of the side effects she’ve noticed
with insulin. She reports that she feels dizzy everytime
she injects herself with it , so instead of following the
prescription of having 27 units / day, she only made it 18
units/ day. I took a random blood sugar on her and the
result of it is 409 mg/dl. I told her its very high and should
be controlled. I advised her to follow the prescription so
that her would be managed properly. With regards to the
side effects, I also advised her to visit a doctor for a
proper regimen on the issue. And that was my day. It was
fun and enjoyable. :)
