☺ Photograph that has smile and be approachable
☺ Headline is very critical, the keywords are important,
○ what kind of job you are looking for?
○ What are the critical key skill set everyone id looking for when it comes to your
particular expertise?
☺ Summary:
○ What value you bring, roll up your experience and explain it to me, give me the number
the facts and figures that really validate who you are?
○ ( Keep the summary short and engaging
○ Keyword density, the concept of keyword that is shown multiple times throughout your
profile.
○ Have it in your summary and in the headline
☺ Work History and resume mimic the same
☺ Write about what you accomplished through out that, they need you to be objective, the % ,
goal you reached.
☺ How many project you managed?,what is the size of the project, how many people worked on
that project?
☺ Certification, education, voluteering etc, stick to the facts
☺ Influncers who you are following, what industries you are following in , what companies you
are following?

 Have two columns and show case the skills at the top
 It should mirror on your linked in profile, the work history

 Don’t go below 11 size font
 Stick to facts

Cover letter:
 Talk about them, use cover letter to tell story, speak about how they have their unique
product or service, they approach their business differently,
 You job is to make them understand that how you appreciate them
 It a bond between you and the organisation.

Reaching out to the recruiter:


> Follow the company on linkedin
> Connect with atleast 5 people that work with them
> Customise your connect request.( use this 300 words wisely to connect with them in relation
to the company, what you admire about them etc.,
> This will enable to get them connected.

 Follow up one week letter
 Dear recruiter,
