MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT OFFER

Bid Offer
This offer is based on the information from Mr. Untung regarding upcoming New Year’s Eve
Party in Majapahit Hotel Managed by Accor.

Service Offered
We offer live music entertainment service with conditions as follows:

1. Scope of services
Live music entertainment service with full format band.

2. Band format
This band consists of:
 2 singers
 1 keyboardist
 1 guitarist
 1 bassist
 1 drummer
 1 saxophonist (tentative)

3. Music entertainment service period

This music entertainment service will be provided from 31st December 2012 (20.30 pm) until
1st January 2020 (12.30 am)

4. Music entertainment service fee

The fee for this music entertainment service is IDR 6,500,000.00 (six million and five
hundred thousand Rupiah) nett.

5. Points in this offer may further be modified according to the Client's requirements and mutual
consent. Agreement on this offer will be set forth in the Music Entertainment Service
Agreement provided by the Client, reviewed and agreed upon by both Parties.
