IDENTIFICATION OF THE PROBLEM (study)

By not finding any relevant errors and seeing solved the problem proceeds to apply the
necessary modifications in the process for the solution of the problem and its continuous
improvement.

Do

Realizing that sometimes each operator adjusts the parameters of the slurr to their mode
standardize some parameters and the facilitator together with the quality area propose to
check every hour the tension of the plastic when the platform is embedded so that the
platform find some deviation in the production and adjust the scraper.

He realizes that the emplaye does not have the required tension so the packets are loose
and when styling them lose strength and sway causing the collapses.

Plan

Not the production line. 3 of the COCA-COLA FEMSA plant in The state of Tlaxcala has had
red numbers caused by the collapse of its soft drink stowage causing many losses due to
these collapses.

The facilitator of the production line is aware of the problem so he decides to use the PDCA.

After verifying the stowage process the forklifts realize that it is correct. It proceeds to verify
the correct placement of the boxes on the pallet and discards that problem.

The results obtained daily to take response actions are measured and the senior boss is
informed of the results.
