Summary:

The students of BSBA 2C, have assigned to do a task to get information about organizational
structure of the school (Colegio De Montalban) And this is a one of activity of the course of
Administrative and Office Management. To this task we need to interview the admin and officers of the
school to gathered some information. And the interviewer asked some questions, about the organization
that they belong. The interviewer prepared a (5) five questions in each person. We cope up to these 5
questions:

Questions:

1. What is his/her position?

2. How long his/her serving the school?

3. How was the workplace?

a. The environment

b. Their co-employee

4. If they will have given a opportunity to transfer to another organization or have a higher position do
you accept it or not?

5. And why you choose CdM?

The interviewer decide to interview the three personnel of the school; a school professor, a school
ROTC coordinator and a school security where the one under the organization structure. And we belong
the statement of our interviewee and we put also what we learn about them. We are so happy because
all of the person that we interview are honestly answer what we want to know from them.It's privilege
to interview a one of the ROTC coordinator and one of a retired armed force of the Philippines because
he answered our questions honestly and confindently. We feel nervous and scared to asked a question to
all the interviewee because we don't know how we handle the situation. As a student that learning a lot
about communicating with admin and people that belong to the organization of the school. We are
happy to this experience and this is the start to learn for more.

This answers are base on our Groupmates :

Last 20th of january 2020 we conduct an interview about the organizational structure in colegio de
montalban. So first we need to define what organizational structure is, Organizational structure is a
system outlines how certain actuvities are directed in order to achieve the goals of an organization this
activitites can include rules, roles and the responsibilities so to start this interview we need a 3 person
and we have to ask them 5 questions.

We make a 5 different questions for each person and they need to answer that particular questions. so
here is the questions.

1. What is your position?

2. how many years you have been here in cdm?

3. How was your workplace?

4. If you have a opportunity to transfer to another organization would you accept it?

5. Why do you choose cdm?

All persons that we interviewed answered honesly about our questions we gathered information to
them about what are their works, how they deal to their workplace, why they working in Cdm and why
they choose this school and if have a opportunity or chance to transfer to another organization or if they
promoted would they accept it. The instructor we asked said that the workplace here in Colegio De
Montalban are open because she was assigned in covered court, when she discuss their topics someone
that walking to court disturb their class. She said also she choose CDM because she need finances and as
a part timer of Colegio De Montalban this is a big help for their family. She is nine years part timer in
Cdm. If have a chance to transfer or promote she said that she will stay as a instructor because she love
teaching. I learned that even if they have disturbance to a certain things you need to love your work and
stay what you want. And accept all things that can help you to grow as a person. Love what you do and
you will enjoy it. Even you are tired if you want what you do. It doesn't mater at all.

We interviewed was a retired colonel liutenant Romulo S. Sagun according to him he would accept a
promotion because that is a professional advancement and he want to learn a new experiences and
knowledge.

I learned that you need to be confident and answer with knowledge. Becausw the main purpose of
doing interview is to know information and to find out if you have a skills to take care of the
responsibilities that will given to you.

The first person we interview is came from the Roadriguez security Department which is sir Ronnie
and we ask him a several question through that question i learn that being a security you should have
skills and alert every moment of time in order to perform the job consistent , and about to our question
number 4 & 5 he said that they not have a choice to choose were they want to apoint because they have
a Rotation of posting and whether they like it or not they obey to the rules .

We conducted interview at the faculty of IT Department, We interview one of the Professor, and she
is teaching for about 9 years Physical Education Instructor, So we asked them some questions based on
her experience in a past few years of her teaching in cdm So she answered it that her workplace is
literally open area which is at the court of cdm has many people walking around and while there is a
class the student are get distracted by the cars crossing at the court which they have to move away to
give way then back to their discussion and also the dust caused of a strong wind so professor is
Interupted of her discussiom. I learned that Colegio de Montalban need more facilities to have a good
and quality Education.

The first person we interviewed was Retired liutenant colonel Romulo S. Sagun he said that if theres
an opportunity to transfer to another organization he will accept because he said that it is a professional
advancement of his part and that will be a challenge for him. The third person we interviewed was Sir
Ronnie he is one of the maintenance staff in Colegio de Montalban for Sir ronnie he is working for a 10
years and he we asked if theres an opportunity for him to transfer to another organization, he said that it
depends on his boss or the person who has a higher position in their organization.

I learned that in interview you must be professional answering those question given by the
interviewer you must be confident to convince the interviewer that your answer is true. Because the
purpose of the interview is to conduct an information from a one person and in the side of interviewer i
learned that when you do an interview you should also be kind and show some emphaty to the person
you have interview. And in their answer in our questions i also learned that you should also choose to
challenge yourself like what Sir Sagun said, because by challenging yourself in a different ways it will
improve your skills that you need in a different places.

According to the interview..they have same question but different opinion base on this interview I
enhance to our self to face the professional employee and how to communicate with to them.

According to Sir ronnie.they answered the 3 question.the first is their job description he said he is a
guard of colegio de montalban the rule is to show the student to wearing their uniform, and they
protect the student and the school, they also punished the students that didn't follow the rules of
school, they teach the students how to be proper in the school. The second question is, how many years
they served Colegio De Montalban he said 10 years being guard. The third question is if you have
opportunity to transfer to another organization would you accept it, He said being guard is
rotation,where they assign to other school..

I can learned for this interview being guard is not easy, because you're not only to secured the school
or the people here. But you need also to teach the students to follow the rules of the school and be
profer as a students.

To learn more about what an organizational structure is, we conducted a interview with three
personnel inside the organization of Colegio De Montalban last January 20, 2020. We ask them questions
like what their position is, what's their job description and specialization, how many years have they
been inside the organization, how was the workplace and more details.

The answer of the interview varies in their respective positions and opinions. This interview help us
to study, understand and learn more about how an organizational structure works.

Based on the video we conducted yesterday by our classmates we interview 3 personnel that is in the
Colegio de montalban Organization we ask them questions such as whag is your position, how many
years have you been here in CDM, how was your workplace , and etc. The answere of the personnels
vary in their positions and own opinion , thus this interview helps to understand and learn more about
the details of each personnel in the organization.
