INTERNATIONAL STAFF COVENANT AGREEMENT

Completing this document is an indication to us that you would like to officially accept or decline our job
offer. It also serves as a formal, solemn and binding agreement. In the biblical and Christian tradition and
faith, the covenant was a sacred agreement…usually between God and an individual, nation or group.

I, Jose Manuel Quintana Castillo, agree in covenant with Camp Tekoa of the United Methodist Church to serve
in a Senior Staff role for the 2020 summer. I understand this to be a summer of service in mission as a
disciple and follower of Jesus Christ.

 Contract Date: May 24- Aug 7

 I will be paid $195 per 6 day work week that I serve (including training). I will be given time-off as
described in the Personnel Policy.
 I understand that during training and when camp is in session, I will be provided lodging, meals and
scheduled time-off.
 I agree to fulfill my covenant agreement by committing myself to fulfill my contracted dates, abiding
by the Personnel Policies and guidelines of the camp, and following the job description for my
position.
 Prior to, and during summer employment, I agree to keep myself in good physical health so I have the
energy to serve, conduct my behaviors based on high ethical and moral standards, and commit to
teaching campers the Christian way of life to the best of my ability and understanding.
 Should I back-out or break this contract, I understand that I forfeit my eligibility to be considered for
future staff positions.

My signature below indicates that I understand and agree to the terms listed above
and shows my intention to fulfill the terms of this covenant.
