The College of Education will organize an In-Campus Internship Culmination on March
13,2020, 1pm to 4pm. In this connection, we would like to request your permission to use the
Audio-Visual Room (AVR),1st floor Engineering Building on the said schedule.
We agree to the terms and conditions, i.e. the Department shall be held liable and accountable
to any damages incurred in the extent and duration of the authorization of school property use.
