ASSESSMENT TO PROVIDE THE FUNDS NECESSARY TO PAY FOR
ROOFING FOR THE REMAINING BUILDINGS, ESTABLISHING A DUE

THAT WHEREAS, the Board has determined the need for the funds to pay for the

All finds not expended for these purposes, if any, shall be deposited into a Deferred
Maintenance reserve account to cover future maintenance needs.
Section 2, THAT the assesstnent shall be allocated among the condominium units
according to their percentage of ownership based on the association documents
Section 3. THAT the assessment shall be due and payable upon receipt of notice from
the Association's Management Company. The assessment should be made payable to
Gardens of Beacon Square Number Two, Inc. The Boar bas authorized that the
assessment may be paid in one hundred and twenty (120) installments starting May 1,
2017 and each month thereafter until April 1, 2027 and shall be considered delinquent on
the fifteenth (15) of each month due.
Section 4, That ifa unit becomes delinquent in any payment and collection procedures
are necessary the amount will be accelerated for the full amount due, A lien will be
placed for the total amount of the Assessment due.

1) Cans or containers of any sort used for the collection of refuse, garbage, rubbish
or any other discarded matter are not to be outside of any building, All trash Is to
bbe bagged and placed in dumpsters. No discarded items are to be placed outside
of or around dumpsters.
2) Fences of any type shall not be erected. No exterior structures or additions or any
kind of bulldings may be erected,
