Thursday next week (2/13/20) I will be given the chance to speak at the WASC leadership meeting. The following sheet was
prepared to share with every member. This form will serve as evidence for the WASC visiting cohort for how the school has
implemented a schoolwide plan to lower the current D & F rate.

Schoolwide D&F D.A.D.R - Data Analysis Diagnostic Reports:


1st Semester 2020: Departmental & Individual D&F Rates:
2nd Semester 2020 Goal: Lowering Individual D&F Rates by 20%:

Departmental Instructional Leaders: Lowering D&F Rate Action Steps:

1. Implement D&F Data Analysis: Review 1st Semester D&F Rate: Departmental needs assessment:
a. Departmental curricular-instructional focus – student centered.
b. PLC curricular planning will be data-driven – student performance driven.
2. Articulate Goal to Decrease Departmental D&F Rate: 2nd Semester Goal of 20% Decrease in D&R Rates:
a. Implement goal of 20% decrease for individual teacher’s D&F rate.
b. Individual teachers’ D&F rate is substantiated by data-driven curricular alignment to student performance.
c. PLC teams are data-driven and curricular pacing is aligned to student performance.
3. 2nd Semester Assessment of D&F Rates: Assess Individual Teacher’s D&F Rate within PLC Teams:
a. PLC Leaders continuously assess student performance alignment to curricular pacing within PLC teams.
b. PLC Leaders articulate curricular planning to student-performance parameters.
c. Instructional Leaders facilitate on-going D&F data-collection and data-analysis to substantiate departmental D&F Rates.
