Special Chemistry
Interpretation : Please note that, this is screen test using chemiluminiscence immunoassay.
Positive results should be confirmed by HBsAg neutralization test if clinically indicated.
Transient positive: in subject with HBV recent vaccination.
Interpretation : Please note that, this is screen test using chemiluminiscence immunoassay. Positive HVC antibody results should be confirmed
by HCV RNA testing.
Negative HCV antibody results does not exclude the possibilty of exposure to or infection with HCV. Negative test resullts in
individuals with prior exposure to HCV may be due to low antibody levels that are below the limit of detection of this assay.
