Responding to general enquiries and forwarding to relevant departments as appropriate and
following up until closed
Serve as a first point of contact between the various departments, regional Manager’s direct reports,
employees and both internal and external stakeholders on all matters escalated to this office
Co-ordinate the Regional Manager’s diary, appointments, travel arrangements and related bookings
Handle the day-to-day operations and activities of the Regional Managers Office
