Minimum Requirements
 Grade 12
 Degree/ National Diploma in Administration or equivalent
 5 Years’ experience as a PA at an Executive level and at least 3 years as a General or Senior
Secretary
 Valid Code 08 Driver’s License
 Advanced Computer Literacy
Key Performance Area
 Assist in the formatting, preparation, proof reading and collating of reports, presentations and other
documents as required by the Regional Manager and within specified timelines
 Manage the day-to-day activities including the co-ordination and management of meetings, record
keeping, email management and other general office duties
 Responding to general enquiries and forwarding to relevant departments as appropriate and
following up until closed
 Serve as a first point of contact between the various departments, regional Manager’s direct reports,
employees and both internal and external stakeholders on all matters escalated to this office
 Co-ordinate the Regional Manager’s diary, appointments, travel arrangements and related bookings
 Handle the day-to-day operations and activities of the Regional Managers Office
