Through the Education Support Services Division (ESSD) and the Human Resource Development Division (HRDD), in cooperation with the Province of Misamis Oriental and Division of Misamis Oriental, this Office will conduct a Live-Out Enhancement Training of Officiating Officials at the Misamis Oriental General Comprehensive High School (MOGCHS), Velez Street, Cagayan de Oro City, on November 15-17. 2. The training is aimed at the following: a. Update the officiating officials on the latest rules and trends in sports officiating; and b. Upgrade their competencies in officiating school sports competitions. 3. The participants are officiating officials who officiated in the 2018 Regional Athletic Meet in Tangub City; however, those who will turn 50 years old in May 2020 in time for the Palarong Pambansa are not advised to attend and shall be replaced by the SDO 4. Further, they need to meet the following requirements: a. Physically fit and must present Medical Certificate issued by the Medical Officer; b. Must possess knowledge and skills in their respective fields of sports discipline; c. Must have officiated in the lower meets for the past five years as certified by the Division School Sports Officers; d.
