To whom it may concern,

Good day! I, Allysa Marie Samulde, wrote this letter to apologize for not being
able to submit my NSO/Birth Certificate which is my school requirement, on time. I can’t
submit it for now, because it is currently being processed in Quezon City for NSO
Bacolod branch did not allow us to process it here in the province and request us to
submit the requirements on PSA MANILA. I promise to submit it once it is fixed. I hope
for your kindness and consideration.
