Please be informed that the theme for this year’s Nutrition Month
Celebration is "Kumain ng wasto at maging aktibo... push natin 'to!".

In line with this activity, date and details of the contest are as follow:

 July 26, 2019 – School Level Nutrition Month Celebration.

 Contest by grade level:
1. Cheerdance Competition per grade level including Senior
High - 40 members, 5-7 mins overall presentation
including entrance and exit.
2. One Dish Meal (2 participants per entry)
3. Main Dish (2 participants per entry)
4. Dessert (2 participants or more per entry)
5. Innovative Cooking (Native Chicken & Fish – 1 kg each)
6. Daytime Make-up and hairstyle (2 contestant per entry)
7. Nail Art (2 contestants per entry)
8. Booth Contest (per grade level)
9. Poster Making Contest (on the spot)
10.Slogan Contest (white Cartolina; 10 words per entry)
11.Bouquet Making (bring your own materials) (1 1/2 hour)
12.Mural Painting (3 participants per entry; 1 entry per year
level; Only paints will be provided)

Note : Bring your own cooking materials/contest materials. Parade will start
7:30 a.m. at Manapla National High School ground.
