It is to further inform that the Universities/Institutions may use the option ‘Contingency modification’ available on the UGC Canara Bank web portal for initiation of Contingency @ 85.00 Lakh paa. in the 1* month itself, e.g., if the user enters 85 Lakh for contingency in the 1“ month, the other slots in that year can be made ‘0” and &5 Lakh can be paid at the 1 month of the year itself.
