Hello teacher!
We are the 8 team Eduardo, Ricardo and I, Alejandra.
We're going to talk about a sports center project.

Justification

The municipality of San Felipe del Progreso in the state of Mexico doesn´t have
enough spaces to carry out physical activities.
In general the educational facilities have adequate spaces for the realization of a
sport but they are not public and are only for the students.
That is why a sports center is proposed so that it has more radius of influence and
more people have access to this type of activities.

For the project we rely on the most current INEGI data considering a capacity to
serve 96,000 people in the sports center.
According to CONADE, the definition of a sports center is “the sports facility made
up of sports areas and spaces destined to at least three sports practiced
simultaneously, built with joint contributions between the federation or the state or
municipality”.
This term is perfect given the scope of the project is the modernization of the sport
as well as a filter for the location of talents and development, as well as the popular
sport that will include people of the 3rd age; Another important point to highlight of
sports centers is the use of space, achieving less environmental impact.
In the following graph we can observe we can observe the range of population that
this new Sports Center will be attending, this goes from 5 to 64 years since the
current sports does not serve older people so the population asks that they be
integrated giving a total of 110,000 people.

Project Scopes

-With the spaces already selected, we rely on the data from SEDESOL to be
able to obtain a population number that this Sports Center will attend, which
will be 150,000 people a year or 410 people a day.
-This project will generate a total of 72 jobs of different rank and specialties
among which apply the areas of: administration, athletes, commerce,
cleaning, security and maintenance; Below is a table with more detailed
information on how many jobs will be generated with this project.
-occupying a space of 9,250m2 that includes administration, roofed gym,
soccer field 11, service area, commerce, 40% free area and parking for 150
people.
- It will have a radius of influence of 1.5km for the urban environment and
60km for regional function.
Use and Infraestructure

- Within the land use plan of San Felipe del Progreso there is a space with
the legend E-RD that means recreation and sports equipment in the
southern area, which is why it is perfect for our purpose
- This land has all infrastructure services (water, drainage and electricity); It is
located on the Nicolas Bravo primary Street

Use and Infraestructure

- The terrain has 1 front and an area of 11,829.00 m2, it is an irregular flat
terrain of 4 sides, with a front of 100m and a periphery of 440m.

interesting view in the background with a large mountain

necessary for the operation and construction of the sports center
