Prevention Plan for Infection of Coronavirus in ESL Sites

Introduction
This proposal shall focus on the areas that should be addressed in order to prevent Coronavirus
infection among the ESL members.
Our Strategy
Our prevention strategy comprises 04 stages as follows.
I. Communication
Effective communication among workers using our internal communication channels
and involvement of worker representative committees such as DCC / Trade union.
II. Improved Practice
This shall focus on improving the hygienic practices of our employees through
awareness and introducing best practices.
III. Data Recording
Our medical staff shall maintain sickness records and will forward to the management
for further actions.
IV. Monitoring
EHS staff shall monitor the ongoing situation and provide the feedback to the
management on regular basis.
Responsibility
Our HR and Admin teams shall drive this campaign with the CSR leadership.
Actions
