• Banjirnya likuiditas sampai akhir tahun 2011 setelah
adanya signal dari The Fed bahwa The Fed belum akan
menaikkan Fed Rate sampai pertengahan tahun 2013
sebagai dampak berkurangnya teknan inflasi di AS
• Beralihnya mesin pertumbuhan ekonomi dunia dari
negara Eropa & Amerika Serikat menuju kawasan Asia
dipimpin China, India dan Indonesia serta Amerika Latin
Brazil dan Rusia
• Krisis utang, perbankan dan besarnya defisit anggaran di
Zona Euro
• Perlambatan pertumbuhan ekonomi Amerika Serikat

KONDISI TERKINI – November 2011
 Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia pada kuartal I-III/2011 masing-
masing sebesar 6.5 %;
 Cadangan devisa RI hingga 31 Okt 2011 mencapai USD 113.96 miliar
 Jumlah capital inflow ke Pasar Modal Indonesia sampai akhir tahun
2011 diperkirakan Rp 20 triliun;
 Nilai ekspor Indonesia September 2011 mencapai USD17.82 miliar atau
turun 4.45% dibanding Agustus 2011. Sementara bila dibandingkan
September 2010 mengalami peningkatan 46.28%.
 Nilai kumulatif ekspor Jan-Sept USD152.5 miliar atau naik 37.4%
dibanding periode sama 2010
 Deflasi. Bulan Oktober 2011 sebesar 0.12%, sedangkan inflasi ytd
sebesar 2.85% dan yoy sebesar 4.42%. Sementara Core Inflation
Oktober -0.12%, Core Inflation ytd sebesar 3.85% dan YoY 4.43%;
 Rupiah flat. 09 Nov 2011 (Rp 8,990) VS 30 Dec 2010 (Rp 8,990);
 BI Rate turun 50 bps per 10 Novemmber 2011. BI Rate 5 Agt 2009
(6.5%) VS 10 Nov 2011 (6,0%)
KONDISI TERKINI – November 2011
 Jumlah Wisman Sept 2011 mencapai 650.1 ribu orang atau Naik 16.01%
VS Periode sama Sept 2010 sebanyak 560.4 ribu orang;
 Pertumbuhan Produksi Industri Manufaktur Besar dan Sedang Triwulan
2/2011 Naik 4.79% dari Triwulan 2/2010 dimana Jenis Industri yang
mengalami kenaikan diantaranya: Logam Dasar (+18.30%), Mesin Listrik
lainnya dan Perlengkapannya (+19.96%), Kendaraan Bermotor
(+0.69%), Barang-Barang dari Logam, kecuali Mesin dan Peralatannya
(+8.30%), Pakaian Jadi (+11.20%), Makanan dan Minuman (+5.19%)
 Moody’s dan Fitch Rating yang sudah menaikkan rating Indonesia, 1
notch dibawah Investment Grade;
 Rata-rata EPS LQ45 Q3/2011 NAIK 26,3%, dimana kenaikan EPS
tertinggi dibukukan AKRA (+723.8%) dan terendah dibukukan BJBR
(+0.11%)
 Market Capitalization sampai Juli 2011 sekitar USD 381.8 miliar, naik dari
awal tahun 2011 sebesar USD420 miliar dan akan meningkat menjadi
USD478 miliar.
 IDX is now trading at 15.0x (09 November 2011) prospective earnings,
dan target IDX until end of 2011 is 4,200 (equal with P/E Ratio 16,4x)

Outlook Ekonomi
Hingga Akhir Tahun 2011
• Kondisi Eropa dan AS tidak terlalu berpengaruh terhadap
PDB Indonesia yang diperkirakan pada level 6,6%
• Kondisi ekonomi Indonesia pada tahun 2011 jauh lebih kuat
dibandingkan tahun 2008
• Rupiah akan stabil di level Rp9,000
• BI Rate akan dipertahankan di level 6,75%
• Tekanan jual oleh asing akan melemah pada pertengahan
Oktober 2011 disebabkan oleh akan adanya Laporan
Keuangan Emiten Triwulan III/2011
• PE Indonesia 2012F berkisar 10x dengan EPS emiten akan
tumbuh sebesar 25%
• Dengan kondisi PE yang murah dan pertumbuhan laba
bersih yang tinggi membuat indeks pada akhir tahun 2011

Outlook Ekonomi Tahun 2012
• Kondisi bursa global khususnya AS dan Eropa masih belum pulih benar walaupun mulai ada
kejelasan dan perkembangan. Terlihat dari pertumbuhan GDP AS dan Jerman tahun 2012 yang
diperkirakan berkisar di level 1,8% dan 1,3%. Sedangkan bursa Indonesia masih memberikan
pertumbuhan GDP hingga 6,5% membuat bursa Indonesia akan kembali dilirik oleh investor
asing.
• Sedangkan untuk PER bursa Indonesia tahun 2012 diperkirakan sekitar 13x, lebih tinggi
dibandingkan bursa AS dan Eropa yang hanya sebesar11x. Tetapi rata-rata pertumbuhan EPS
emiten di indonesia yang sebesar 25% membuat PE tersebut menjadi ideal
• Tahun 2012 inflasi diperkirakan tidak akan jauh berbeda dibandingkan tahun 2011 yang berkisar
pada level 5%. Apalagi diperkuat dengan komitmen dari DPR dan Pemerintah bahwa tahun
depan tidak akan ada kenaikan BBM dan listrik membuat inflasi semakin terjaga.
• Perlambatan ekonomi di negara AS dan Eropa tidak akan terlalu berpengaruh untuk Indonesia
karena kita bisa mengganti ke negara Asia khususnya China dan India
• Cadangan devisa Indonesia pada tahun 2012 diperkirakan meningkat menjadi USD135 miliar
sehingga akan memberikan kenyamanan bagi BI untuk mengintervensi USD pada level 9000
• BI Rate diperkirakan akan turun 50 bps menjadi 5,5%, rendahnya bunga tersebut akan
berdampak positif buat sektor riil khususnya pembangunan perumahan dan konsumsi
• Indonesia pada tahun 2012 akan mendapatkan kategori Investment Grade
