Peer to Peer business model

The peer to peer business model has been around for some time. The largest peer to peer business
model known in e-commerce is eBay. EBay is an e-commerce marketplace were both businesses and
individuals can sell goods to each other. Peer to Peer business models depend mostly on attracting both
the customers and the vendors or sellers. Peer to Peer business model in e-commerce is not a new
thing. The person to person model is even in the modern transaction methods of e-commerce. E-
commerce depends a lot of transactions that are completed from person to person rather than business
to business.

M Commerce

M-Commerce is a subset or a new form of e-commerce and all the aspects involved can be
extended and applied to m commerce. A transaction having a definite value or utility,
administered through any mobile terminal equipment on the mobile telecommunication network,
can be considered a part of mobile commerce. M-commerce is an interactive ecology system of
people and organizations based on social and technological effects. M-commerce is an
extension of e-commerce in which products or goods are managed through wireless mobile
equipment without time or place constraints in order to increase the profitability / efficiency of
business processes.

Mobile money transfer, Mobile ticketing, Mobile vouchers, coupons and loyalty cards, Location-
based services, Information services are the M- Commerce services which the mobile
subscribers can use through different mobile applications using internet.
