The clauses/ provisions of the rules which stand amended are placed at Annexure-l. All other provisions of NTPC MAT Rules remain unchanged. This comes into force with immediate effect. Past cases already settled otherwise need not be re-opened, however, pending cases, if any, may be regulated in accordance with the above decision. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
