About Yourself:

Ans. My name is Muhammad Umar Ghani and I belong from Bahawalpur. Currently I am working as
a lecturer in University of Education Lahore. Prior to that I was a research student in Institute of
Management sciences BZU, Multan. My passion for being productive to the society pave my path to
education institute. I always wanted to be a part of something which helps Pakistan grow. Education
helps indirectly in any countries success. I want to go one step further in order to join something
which directly helps in Pakistan’s growth. The desire for being a catalyst in nation’s success I want to
be a part of your organization.

Q. Goals:

Ans. honestly speaking I do have some personal goals and societal goals as well.

Personal Goals are simple, to be a part of well reputed firm like yours. In which learning perspective
is most important for me. Which helps me out in my own growth as well.

Societal Goals are basically a pay back to the society. My hunger for being a part of something
productive to Pakistan’s success is a way to go.

If I’m lucky enough to be a part of your firm my both goals will be fulfilled.

Q. Why you want to join PAEC?

Ans. I already answered it.

Q. Why would you leave previous job?

Ans. There is no ill will with my previous organization. As I mentioned earlier that in my previous firm
I was part of something which helps indirectly in order to Pakistan’s success. Everyone wants to go
one step further that’s why I decided to be a part of something which have a direct effect on
country’s progress.

Q. Family.

Ans. There are 8 members in my family. I am single and yet to be married.

Q. Which political are you affiliated with?

Ans. My political views are best suited with current part in Government.

Q. Favourite Personality.

Ans. My favourite personality is Hazrat Umar Bin Khattab. The initiatives he brought in that era is the
basic pillars of today’s well developed countries.
