Installing WinRAR
This is the second step in setting up the Supreme Pupil/Student Government Election
System in the computer that will be used school elections. WinRAR allows the
extraction of .ZIP files that are packaged in the system. This open-source tool is
packaged together with the installer of the system.

Steps in installing WinRAR:

1. Install WinRAR in device.
