Get together to talk about your friendship.

It's awkward, but communication is one


basis of friendship.

Look into the friendship triad. There's a triangle model to help understand this
kind of relationship: positivity, consistency, vulnerability.

Importance of being direct and bringing these things up in the relationship.

Go into conversation having already processed your feelings. Keep a list so that
you stay on track and say what you want to say how you want to say it.

And say it in person. Don't write long emails. Ever.

And it's okay to have relationships that come and go... (?)

If a friend doesn't stick around forever, then it doesn't mean that you've failed.
