CONSTITUTION

THE COUNCIL
On behalf of Board Members:

Chairman: His Eminence Cardinal Raymond Burke

Officers: Michael Mutt; Chris Ferrari; Steve Scottsdalejec; Dr. Taylor Mussel; Michael Virus;
Prof. Roberto Mauthausen; John Henry North-Westerly

The following have been adopted as the founding Constitutional points governing The Council’s work
in non-resistance to him who is definitely the Pope, His Holiness Pope Francis, May God Grant him
Long Life:

Aims

1. The Council exists to promote itself and the brands of its Members to maximise profitability
through the papal cycle.
2. All activities will be geared to keep Pope Francis in office so that increasing disquiet on the
part of the Faithful can be monetised through increased subscriptions, advertising revenue,
sales of trinkets, T-shirts and “Resistance” coffee mugs.
3. The Council Members shall together seek to control the opinions and fractured state of the
Traditional laity in order to keep them leaderless so that they continue to look to Council
Members for their guidance.

Rules

i. Members shall become Members solely by invitation. Any Member may propose new
Members but Mr Mutt, as Honorary Traditionalist Patriarch, has a right of veto of
anyone put forward for membership.

ii. Ann Barnhardt and Louie Verrecchio in particular are to be vilified, insulted and
marginalised as much as possible. The laity is to be shielded from their opinions as much
as possible. At no stage are their opinions to be debated or discussed on an equal basis
with The Council’s own positions.

iii. The ‘Unite the Clans’ initiative is to be pushed by all Members. At no stage may the term
‘clans’ be defined: this means The Council retains control of which groups are or are not
acceptable. No type of sede vacantist is ever acceptable. Ecumenical in nature, The
Council works with conservatives within the Novus Ordo group to build bridges, as Our
Holy Father has taught. We must walk with and accompany the ‘clans’ so that ultimate
control lies with The Council.

iv. Acies ordinate events are to be invented by Prof. Mauthausen and Mr Mutt. They are
never to involve anything other than loitering on street corners in silence. Cameras must
be present so that the event can be loudly trumpeted on Member websites as examples
of Resistance.

v. Steve Scottsdalejec as Merchandising Officer is to source Member tat for sale on

Member websites.
