Friendship

A friendship occurs when a bond is made between two people that go beyond being

an acquaintance. It says to be healthy when both people respect each other in a somewhat

equal way. Friendship may include acts, be they kindness or in general, that work for the

best interest of the other without having or requiring anything in return. An example of this

includes when a boy has a family problem and asked for his friend’s help. Then that friend of

him did what the boy asked without hesitating or any doubts. There are plenty of examples

of friendships in a real-life situation where people do things for others without any sort of

tangible reward

The persuasion letter that my classmate, Carlene, made entitled “President Duterte is

a Good President” was a good one. She did nice defining and describing the topic at first to

clarify it to the readers. I am an anxious person so I tend to see a lot of negative things, but I

see only a few on this one. For me it lacks something that will really persuade me that

Duterte is a good president even though I get her point. The presence of that impact is there,

so I’ll say she really did this in a clear way to understand.
