My life has been so intoxicated by a lot of stressful stuff which are almost
drowning me to the deepest trench of sorrow, anxiousness, and doom.

Different types of people, I meet every day. Well, some of them are nice to get
in touch with; however, some are just seriously making my mind – ugh - needle-
pricked.

Another which I find totally mood-devastating is being in the digital world

which gadgets and social media have made even more intense place to live at.
Truth be told, it’s so hard to stay away from it, especially for “trend setters”.
Trendy things can’t be skipped as one scrolls up and down his or her newsfeed
– really inevitable.

Also, people never get tired of sharing things in those different online
residences: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and more. Most of
things they share are bad news - really, really bad. Every morning, I check my
online accounts, I always confront with stuff which really make my first hour
of a day nail-biting. I admit, it is my fault. But, it’s another geeky thing
which is totally INEVITABLE.

I want to have a day, or days, when I’d be miles away from all those intoxicating
things. I’ve been thinking, it should definitely feel more than like in a cloud
nine if one day I’d be somewhere where there is complete silence and my mind
would have a pause from being busy wallowing those in the online world. I want
to take a rest from all those. I should look for a place where I can have all
these I’ve desperately been wanting.

Even before Camp Sawi had been made into a movie, I’ve already had the thoughts
to be there. It was my relatives from Cebu who introduced me to that place. So,
I searched about it. And whew, I considered it the perfect place to be at for
anyone looking for perfect silence and for someone who wants to take a rest
from this stressful world – that’s me.

No signal there which means no point to use phones. It’s in the middle of
“nowhere”, one can just hear the gushing of the water around, the whooshing of
the wind, and it should really be so silent and relaxing there. From that point
on, I start to think, it is what I’m looking for. #BANTAYANISLANDMyDreamPlace
