Depok Post Office 16400 is a company that has been seen as a large company among the existing logistics services. This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is a significant effect of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employees Performance in Post Office (PERSERO) Depok 16400. In this research, the author used population in delivery center based on delivery area namely Cimanggis, East Depok, West Depok, Sawangan, Cinere with 68 people. The author used Sample Random Sampling which is taking samples of the population randomly, regardless of strata contained in the population. The research sample was calculated that 40 people were used as the sample. in analyzing data gathered in this research, the authors used descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques that were by using multiple linear regressions, T test and F test and multiple correlations with the help of SPSS version 2.1. The results of the analysis and discussion show the influence of Compensation and Work 1e on Employees Performance as indicated by multiple linear line equations with a value of ¥ = 4.307+ 0.045 X1 + 0.464 X2, which means that if the Compensation and Work Discipline increase together then Employees Performance will also increase. The results of hypothesis testing obtained with T court T sabe 2.026 are 7.312 and 7.462. While F coun: > F table 3.25 is equal to 29.916. Based on the results of the correlation analysis, there is a positive and strong influence of 62% and the remaining 38% is influenced by other factors such as human resources.
