Title Analysis of Compensation and Work Discipline that
affect Employee Perfomance on Delivery Process at
Post Office (PERSERO) Depok 16400
Depok Post Office 16400 is a company engaged in postal services, shipments,
logistics as well as financial services. Depok Post Office 16400 is a company
that has been seen as a large company among the existing logistics services.
This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is a significant effect
of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employees Performance in Post
Office (PERSERO) Depok 16400. In this research, the author used population in
delivery center based on delivery area namely Cimanggis, East Depok, West
Depok, Sawangan, Cinere with 68 people. The author used Sample Random
Sampling which is taking samples of the population randomly, regardless of
strata contained in the population. The research sample was calculated that
40 people were used as the sample.
in analyzing data gathered in this research, the authors used descriptive
quantitative data analysis techniques that were by using multiple linear
regressions, T test and F test and multiple correlations with the help of SPSS
version 2.1. The results of the analysis and discussion show the influence of
Compensation and Work 1e on Employees Performance as indicated by
multiple linear line equations with a value of ¥ = 4.307+ 0.045 X1 + 0.464 X2,
which means that if the Compensation and Work Discipline increase together
then Employees Performance will also increase. The results of hypothesis
testing obtained with T court T sabe 2.026 are 7.312 and 7.462. While F coun: > F
table 3.25 is equal to 29.916. Based on the results of the correlation analysis,
there is a positive and strong influence of 62% and the remaining 38% is
influenced by other factors such as human resources.

PREFACE
The author praises the presence of Allah SWT and Nabi Muhammad SAW
almighty who has given their mercy and guidance so that the author can
complete this thesis. Writing this thesis is one of the requirements to obtain a
Bachelor of Management degree in management study program with
specialization in Logistics and Material Management at Trisakti Institute of
Transportation and Logistics Jakarta.
The author conducted a research on "ANALYSIS OF COMPENSATION AND
WORK THAT AFFECTING EMPLOYESS PERFOMANCE AT DELIVERY PROCESS AT
POST OFFICE (PERSERO) DEPOK 16400 2019". This research is expected to
contribute to the company to be able to find out what factors can affect the
performance of the employees at the delivery center, knowing the level of
discipline in the employees of the delivery center that can affect employee
performance.
