CHAPTER III

METHODOLOGY

Research Design

This study composed descriptive survey design which helped to obtain more

information about this study. The design is also purposefully selected due to condition for

collection and analysis data that relevant to the targeted population, data sources and

instruments like questionnaire. The design can be used when collecting information about

people’s attitudes, opinion, habits or any of the variety of the education or social issue,

also their perspectives.

General Procedure

1. Permission of the study

The research will consult to the adviser or subject teacher of the class before

conducting a survey to the respondent.

2. Selection of the Respondents

The researchers will select randomly among senior high school students of

Kidapawan City National High School.

3. Gathering of Data

The data was gathered after the respondents answer the questionnaire.

4. Presentation Analysis of Data

The data was analysed and presented qualitatively

Respondent of the study

The respondents of this study will came from different grade level (strands) and

section of students that has an experience of depression among millennial students in

Kidapawan City National High School where three (3) respondents

Research Locale

The researchers conducted a survey in Kidapawan City National High School

Research instruments

The researchers used a survey questionnaires as an instrument to gather the data.
