Management and discipline are among the most feared aspects in our profession, however they are
skills that can be learnt and practised.

García Gómez gives some hints to improve:

1. It is easier to get easier

2. Fairness is the key
3. Deal with disruption with as little interruption as possible
4. Avoid confrontation in front of students
5. Focussing on the classroom activities is capital.
