How to Enroll to Pangasinan State University

Step 1: Login to the PSU Student Portal using your Student ID Number as
username and password

Step 2: Check your Grades for previous semester by clicking the Individual
Evaluation Report Panel.
Note: Subjects that have pre-requisite will not be included from the subjects offered if it is not yet
finalized. Only subjects that are clear will be taken by the students enrolling.

Step 3: Go back to main menu and click the Student Ledger of Accounts Panel to
check the previous accounts.
Note: Students that have outstanding balance will not be allowed to proceed to enroll. Outstanding
balance must be settled first for them to enroll.

Step 4: Go to Main Menu and click the “Enrollment / Registration Panel”


 Click the Save Button to proceed.

 Select your Block Section.


 Click the Load Section Button.

 Click the Save all for addition Button.


 Set Payment mode to Full Payment and Click Compute and Print Button for Viewing the
Accounts.

 Account Summary displays the Total Account Balance of the students.


Step 5: Proceed to Cashier’s Section for the payment of the balance.
Note: Ask for a copy of Official Receipt.

 Students who want to print a hard copy of their account summary may click the Print
Button if they are using the system outside the campus, or ask for a printed copy from
the designated personnel in the College Section Area. (CTET – Internet Station;
CCS/CASL – LAB3; CHMBPA – LAB4).

Step 6: (For new Students only ) Proceed to ID Section and present Official
Receipt for ID Processing.
Step 7: Congratulations! You have successfully enrolled to Pangasinan State
University.
Note: Issuance of Class Cards will be to the assigned Subject Instructor.
