PE Reaction Paper

Well, there are a lot of things I have learned in PE in this semester like how to play
badminton, the principles of badminton, the parts of the badminton racket (which are the
handle, the shaft, the throat, the head, the stringed area, and the frame), the parts of the
badminton court (which is also the net, the side lines, the short service lines, the long service
lines, the center lines, and the boundary lines), and the rules of badminton. We also have
fun playing badminton as the first time I play it in my whole life, but it has become my
weakness also because I’m not really a physical active student ever since I was a child, so
I had difficulties playing badminton. The first day of PE classes was conducted by a
substitute teacher which was also the teacher of our instructor in PE badminton and he also
shared to us what to eat, what are the healthiest way to put in our stomachs, the history of
Sir. Gabayoyo back when he was very active in his younger days which took me aback and
realize that unhealthy diets could lead to a lot of regrettable pain and suffering in the future.
Back when we are waiting for our instructor on his first class to us, we never actually thought
he was really the one who’s going to teach us because we didn’t know him yet. The PATH-
FIT activities were also exhausting but at least we got to know what and where will our
limits take us. Eventually, I couldn’t handle much of workout because of my body not being
always active. Between in badminton classes is fun too, we got a lot of free time to practice,
to rest, to eat, and also to slack off. Thank you Sir for teaching us.
