In the absence of JD, the appraising officer can identify the KRA.
2. The goals should be SMART - SPECIFIC, MEASURABLE, ACHIEVABLE, REALISTIC AND TIME BOUND
3. Weightage is optional. Since you introducing KRA for first time, better you do it now itself.
4. If the KRA is for one quarter, limit the KRA to max 4. If for a year, limit it to max 7.
