Centro Escolar Of Las Pinas – Seminar about bullying and Sexual Harassment. It’s our time to
speak out! Time to tell everything. We’re not a perfect person we also have mistake. Bullying is not a
joke; it is not fun. Sexual Harassment is not enjoyment but offensive for most of us women. Not that
you’ll continue to do wrong things knowing that you might hurt other people.

John Ismael J. Medina – A speaker from UST, tackle about Bullying and Sexual Harassment and
also talks about that Social Media is where the most famous platforms can be cause bullying. Bullying
and sexual harassment can also be happen face to face, but today’s generation bullying and sexual
harassment happens through social media. IT IS EVERYWHERE! Here in the Philippines, most females
are the one who experience being a victim because of body shaming, discrimination, sexual harassment
and bullying. Many Filipinos are verbally abused through internet or either in our surroundings and it is
not a good perspective toward others.

So, stop bullying and sexual harassment on women it is not a good joke. Women like me should
speak out on their own and not to be just invisible to others. No one will be there to protect you. You’re
just protect yourself.
