As we look back on an emotional sports history, memories of the most encouraging,

brave and genuine sportsmen start to flood the scene. Emotion in athletics is like sand in the
desert, but that's not what has us craving the next motivational statement, the next
enthusiastic leader. It's the euphoric speeches that have us enamored, the breathtaking
statements that somehow get us riled up and excited for what we now believe is possible.
With just several syllables, many sports icons have cemented their legacies and left a
framework for how to lead.

As we conduct the interview, we feel motivated and inspired to be one of them. The people
we interviewed are such a great role model that everyone should admire. They told what
they like the most and the least about their job. The interview maked us knowledgeable
about the sports related careers. We interviewed three coaches that are passionate to their
jobs.

The first one is Mr. King Diether A. Jansalin. He is a teacher and a coach at Saint Michael the
Archangel Parochial School. He is also a good player of volleyball. The reason why he
choosed this sport related career is because he want to share the knowledge that he has
and to motivate his student/players to pursue what they want. He said "it really saddens me
when he/she doesn’t win. Maybe because I am not that effective as a coach and my strategy
as well", and its true because the failure of your player will reflect to you as a coach. But
despite of it the great thing about him is he love his job.

Next is Ms. .She is also a teacher and a coach at Masaguitsit Elementary School.
The thing that she like about her job is she has the opportunity to help the girls in their
training to be more competent and responsible players. The admirable thing about her is
she disliked nothing about her job as a coach. She advised to those who want to choose
careers related to sports is consider coaching as an act of love

They are all amazing because they did their job very well. They served as the motivation of
their players. They love what they do even though there are times that they didn't win a
game. They said that those loses are the things that make them to continue to improve their
coaching skills and knowledge about a sport.
