We have examined and handed over Lift No.-01 Traction (G+2) Manual Door
MANSHA LIFT COMPANY on modified at house for Mr. Pranav at Address- D-59
Saket New Delhi under the contract agreement.

You have in particular, examined the cabin fitting etc and found them to be in
order.
The free maintenance period of 1 year starts from 01/03/2020 as per terms of
the contract, we will provided six services in a year and also attend to any
emergency breakdown calls office hours (10am to 6 pm) a day on all the 365
days of the year.
After Expired the warranty period Annual Maintenance Charges of Rs18,000/-
including all parts for 1 year will be charged.
This Lift are examined by us and found to be satisfactory in accordance with the
specifications of the contract.
