Marian’s Pagsabat 2019: Orientation

The orientation is part of the Marian’s Pagsabat 2019 wherein it is envisioned for the
recurring and new students. The first segment of the affair was the discussion of Madam Mariel
De La Rosa regarding the different rules and regulations in Mary’s Child Science Oriented School
S.Y. 2019-2020. Some of which include the values that a Marian must possess, the IRULE. The
new I.D. system was also emphasized by the directress. It is crucial for the students to be aware of
the rules so that they can abide them and this will make the learning institution more effective in
honing the student’s capabilities.
The second part of the affair is the calendar of events discussed by the SSG senior high
department chairperson, Charles Bañes. It included the different activities and events that will take
place in Mary’s Child Science Oriented School S.Y. 2019-2020. It was all discussed one by one
so the students can be oriented and they will know what will partake in the activities. The events
discussed were:

o 31st Foundation day and Intramurals
o Linggo ng Wika at Kulturang Filipino
o Sci-Math days
o Teacher’s day
o Leadership Training
o Family Day
o Reader’s Fest
o Christmas Program
o Party for a Cause
o Heart’s Fest

o Solidarity Night
o Harapan 2020: SSG Election
o Career Days
The event concluded with the closing remarks of SSG junior high department governor, Rose
Areola. The event was a complete success as the students left the venue acquiring all the
knowledge regarding important matters of the school.
