● The class is expected to memorize salient provisions of the Civil Code related to the assignment for
the week.
● A clean-desk rule policy will also be observed during classes. Students are not allowed to bring any
gadgets nor hardcopies of cases or digests, excluding the class syllabus.
● There is no grade of "4". As such, no removals will be given. A student who fails in class will
automatically get a "5".
● A perfect attendance in class will entitle a student to a .25 incentive.
