I. The Authors:

Ms. Jenelyn A. Arnado. She was born on June 07, 2002. Her parents name are Jena Arnado
and Reagan Arnado. She currently studying at Muntinlupa National High School-Tunasan Annex
taking up Humanities and Social Science strand. She is inclinable in salesmanship since grade six,
age eleven. At her young age she learned how to earn. She sells a different kinds of food in her
classmates and teachers to earn and to meet her needs. She is not an honored student but she knows
about the reality of life and she can face it.

Ms. Ejerlyn Buenaventura. She was born last April 3, 2001. Her parents are Mr. Jojit and
Mrs. Emerlyn Buenaventura. Ejerlyn graduated 3rd honorable when her elementary days and with
honors during junior high school. She is now on her Senior High at Muntinlupa National High
School Tunasan-Annex. Her direct experience on the Immersion Activity at Christ the King
College makes her become more communicable efficiently that will help to promote this business
also she worked as a Chat Support Non-voice that gives her a knowledge and skills to assist the
customer.

Ms. Inah Mae Lego. She was born last March 18 02 Her parents are Arsenia Lego and Elmer
Lego .she graduated in secondary level at Ong Che Tee Bacong High School in the age of 16. She
was a honor students during her primary level then she became a part of a marching band that
makes her more confident and comfortable with other people to interact with and so that can help
to engage and promote their business confidently. As of now she was currently a cashier in
Magnifico Carwash small business in Putatan Soldiers hills, Alabang Muntinlupa City.

Ms. Rose Anne Tolentino. She was born on March 24, 2002. She lives at San Pedro Laguna
and currently studying at Muntinlupa National High School Tunasan -Annex. Her parents name
are Ma. Majal Tomandao and Ronnie Tolentino. Back when she was a kid, she is trustworthy when
it comes in managing money. And until now, she is still worthy to be trusted. Not only in money,
but also on other things. She is approachable, sociable and most of all, understanding. She gives
her best in doing things that she knows will succeed.

II. The Trainor:


Mr. RENE GAOR DELFINO. He is currently a professor at MNHS Tunasan-Annex, he is
now a license economist and a physics teacher. He was a science master degree and a former
professor at facilities management College. He proposed the business curriculum; he is very much
involved with the school’s YIELD (Youth in Entrepreneurship and Leadership Development)
Program and one of the persons behind the Project ESTEEM (Educating and Sharing Technical
Expertise in Entrepreneurship & business through Employee Mentoring) in partnership with the
Petron Foundation Inc. He greatly inspired the business proponents.

Section 2: Executive Summary


The Philippines, with an island-dwelling population of more than 104 million and more
than 7 100 islands, is a major fishing nation and the world’s second largest archipelagic State. The
total fisheries production was estimated at 990.14 thousand metric tons during the third quarter of
2019. It posted an increment of 1.8 percent from its previous year’s level of 972.71 thousand metric
tons. Milkfish, skipjack and seaweed were the major species that displayed improvements in output
by 13.1, 11.4 and 4.8 percent, respectively, compared with their level the same period a year ago.
On the other hand, species that exhibited decrease in production were rounds cad (7.5%), tilapia
(6.0%), tiger prawn (6.9%) and yellow fin tuna (5.4%).

The term "junk food" was popularized by microbiologist Michael Jacobson in 1972,
according Andrew F. Smith, author of the Encyclopedia of Junk Food and Fast Food. Jacobson was
the co-founder of the Center for Science in the Public Interest. This not-so-healthy food group not

From this given information, the researchers decided to make a nutritious and delicious
chip that are made from variety of fish aside from that they can alternative pastime food that may
really eat by everyone with no worries.

Its business capital will be coming from investment and equity as their stocks in the business. It is
a chip stuff located inside the campus — Chips as the main product, is to be created by the
proponent and distribution to the markets which include the MHHS-TA students. The junior high

II. This product named fish chips. Its primary ingredient is dalagang bukid fish and bangus. Hard-
set that it is fresh, clean, and pure from the sea. Fish chips is made crunchy with exact flavor and
texture in order the customer would not regret from it. The desire is to excel among the all chips

The initial management team depends on the founders themselves, with little back-up. As we
grow, we will take on additional help in certain key areas. Part of our basic philosophy will be able
to run our executive management as a "knowledge sharing" fellowship. We will not add additional
overhead until absolutely necessary. This will mean that the initial staff support team will have to
work extra. By doing this, we will keep our overhead as low as possible, allowing us to adequately
staff our outlets. This will also allow us and future business partners to recoup investments as
quickly as possible and enjoy a higher return.

D. Company Description

The company is named Crispy Fishda Company. The word “fishda” is a running joke among
Filipinos. It is a crossover of the words “fish” and “isda,” its Tagalog translation. The incorporators
of the company want it to sound current, but at the same time, with a Filipino twist. The
entrepreneurs think that the company has a good ring to it, most especially, for our target market
— the young ones and the millennials. The tagline of the company is “SHARE SOMETHING
GOOD," which simply makes the objectives of the said product clear and direct — share the crispy
goodness of our crispy fish crackers.

hand, they offer inferior-quality equipment and their location is significantly less convenient.

are far from the chips product that we offer.

chips product. We found out that customers are satisfied with the chips. Most of the chips products
are not nutritious but fish chips is surely nutritious and delicious.
The current condition of fish growing fishermen in the province where the fish supply are

Society can be impact on the business because it can positively influence how society operates. It
can build and maintain social capital through its core operations; the goods and services it provides;
and the activities supported through increasingly global and complex supply chains.

B.Environment
Social costs and the environment
Business activity has an impact on the natural environment: resources such as Seafood product,
oil and metals are used to manufacture goods. manufacturing can have unintended spillover effects
on others in the form of noise, pollution,loss of fish.

C. Industry
Companies of all sizes, from one-person operations to giant international corporations, are in the
business of producing goods. They make the products and provide the services that people are
willing to buy. Along the way, though, businesses also produce what might be called "bads" – the
unwanted and unfortunate environmental and social problems in society that are the flip-side of
the coin of producing goods. The bad impacts are things like pollution, child labor, bribes and
corruption, habitat destruction, global climate change and a host of other negative consequences.

D. Economy
Small businesses contribute to local economies by bringing growth and innovation to the
community in which the business is established. Small businesses also help stimulate economic
growth by providing employment opportunities to people who may not be employable by larger
corporations.
