Furthermore, as a former member of our school’s debate organization (UP Debate

Society), I was trained in effective oral communication. We were also trained to
write in such a way that our arguments could come across properly to our audience
in an organized, structured and persuasive manner.

I also took my apprenticeship in the Philippine House of Representatives where we

were made to handle reports on various sessions, make legal opinions, and provide
a comparative analysis of existing laws with proposed ones to be passed in
Congress.
