privilege card for the members of the Reliance Family.

The Family Special card gives you attractive discounts, so you can save thousands of rupees
each year, when you shop at Reliance Retail stores across India. It also works as a RelianceOne
Loyalty card, so you earn Loyalty points. With the prepaid functionality on the card, you can
load money on the card and experience convenient cashless shopping.

1. Objective :

Create a sense of pride and ownership amongst employees by extending employee discount to
all employees within the Reliance Group for shopping in Reliance Retail stores.

 To instil in employees a feeling of being ‘valued’ by the organisation, thus resulting in better
retention of people and enhancement of productivity levels
 To encourage employees to shop from our own network
 To develop and nurture a sense of belonging and loyalty towards the organisation
 Increase footfalls and thereby sales / RGM for the company

2. Discount Policy :

 Employees will be eligible for additional discount on the RRP (Reliance Retail Price) net of
promos/ discounts as offered to other retail customers.
 The benefit under this Scheme is available only to the employee / full time consultant /
fixed term employee / associates, till the time he/she is on the rolls of the Company.
 The discount policy as well as the discounts will be reviewed twice a year. The revised
discount policy will be updated and communicated.
 Discount may be different across the formats and it may be different by products. For eg -
Digital might have different discounts between Mobiles/Electronics.
 Discount may vary based on the Store / city / state etc. according to the festivals / seasons.
 Exclusions - Scheme may not cover and may exclude the items which are on liquidation,
stock clearance and / or during EOSS (Apparel / Footwear / Furniture etc).
 In case of any dispute, RR’s decision shall be final and binding.

3. RelianceOne Family Special Card acceptance process :

 To activate the RelianceOne Family Special card the employee has to acknowledge the
receipt of the card in R-Connect. The procedure for the acceptance of card is given as:
 Open your RConnect/ESS-> Family Special card-> Reliance card-> click on
acknowledgement.
 Please check the card number in RConnect/ESS. If it is correct and matches with the
physical card given to you, then click on acknowledgement.
 Once you press on acknowledge, your Family Special card gets activated.
 If the Family Special card number in RConnect/ESS doesn’t match with the physical card,
please escalate it to your HR coordinator.

4. Discount Card: “RelianceOne Family Special Card” :

 The employee discount will be given only through “RelianceOne Family Special Card”.
 You will be given the Family Special card by your HR of your location.
 Only acknowledged /activated cards will be eligible for family special card discounts.
 To be eligible for discount, at the time of billing, the Cardholder and / or his/ her family /
friend who is making the purchase has to produce this Card at the Cash Counter & ensure
that the cashier swipes this card.
 If the card is not swiped at the cash counter while shopping, no discount will be possible
later on.

5. Discount Process :

 The discount will be CASH-BACK discount, wherein the discount will be credited to the
Family Special card after 24 hours of shopping in the form of bonus points (Exception:
For Reliance Jewels, cash-back will be credited after 9 days of shopping)
 The discount so credited can be redeemed while purchasing the next item in any of the
formats.
 Discount will be credited to the Family Special card in the form of Bonus points,
calculated as given below :
a. If an employee purchased apparels worth Rs. 1000/-
b. If the discount % for apparels category is 10%
c. The Bonus points credited to employee Family Special card will be as below :
Discount = 1000*10% = 100
Bonus Points = Discount / 0.7, i.e. 100 / 0.7 = 142.86
So, 142.86 Bonus points will be credited to the Family Special card.

 Bonus points accumulated on the Family Special card can be redeemed as money at
Cash counter during the next purchases after 24 hours of earning bonus points
(Exception: For Reliance Jewels, redemption of bonus points available after 9 days of
purchase), calculated as given below :

a. If Bonus points on the Family Special card are 142.86


b. While redeeming these Bonus points at the cash counter for the next purchases,
the following conversion will happen :
Money redemption = Bonus Points * 0.7
142.86* 0.7 = Rs. 100
 Please note that minimum money that can be redeemed from Family Special card is Rs.
22/- (i.e. 32 bonus points).

a. The discount will be calculated & credited to the Family Special card, only if the
Family Special card has been swiped while shopping.
b. The Family Special card can be used only if it is activated by acknowledgement
on RConnect/ESS.
c. No back-dated discount calculations based on store invoices.
d. No manual calculations – it would be discount as calculated automatically by
system (DSS), based on category discount % approved by the business format.
This is final.
e. You can note from your RConnect/ESS on the basis of the calculations done.

6. Discount Schemes by Formats :

Hamleys :

Employee discount of 10% over and above existing customer offers. Please note that regular
RelianceOne loyalty points will not accrue for any purchase at Hamleys formats.

Quiksilver/ SuperDry/ SteveMadden/ Timberland/ Kenneth Cole/ Dune :

1) 10% off on Apparel, Footwear and some of Accessories (Condition – if article discount is ≥ 40%,
Family one discount will not be applicable)
2) 5% off on Accessories and licensing product (Condition – if article discount is ≥20%, Family one
discount will not be applicable)
Accessories discount range will be between 5 to 10% depending on product margin.

Note: Redemption is not allowed at the above stores. Regular RelianceOne loyalty points will not
accrue for any purchase at the above stores.

Vision Express :

Employee discount of 10% over and above existing customer offers.

Vimal :

Employee discount of 15 % over and above existing customer offers.

Note: Discount applicable only in the company owned company operated stores

Reliance Jewels :

Employee discount as per the below table over and above existing customer offers and
regular RelianceOne loyalty points as mentioned in Section 8. Additional Features of Family
Special Card – Loyalty Points.

8. Additional Features of Family Special Card :

Loyalty Points :

 In addition to the Discount, the employee will also be eligible for the regular
RelianceOne loyalty points, based on the loyalty policy of the participating format as
below.

 Loyalty points will be credited to the Family Special card as given below :

a. If an employee purchased apparels worth Rs. 1000/-


b. If the format (e.g. Trends) has the policy of giving loyalty points, then loyalty
points will get credited to the Family Special card.
c. As per the loyalty policy, for every Rs. 100 purchase, 1 loyalty point is credited.
The Loyalty points for the example a. will be calculated as below :
Loyalty Points = 1000 * 0.01 = 10

 Loyalty points accumulated on the Family Special card can be redeemed as money at
Cash counter during the next purchases (after 24 hours), calculated as given below :
a. If Loyalty points on the Family Special card are 10
b. While redeeming these Loyalty points at the cash counter for the next
purchases, the following conversion will happen :
Money redemption = Loyalty Points * 0.7
i.e. 10* 0.7 = Rs. 7
Note: Please verify the points in your ESS/RConnect before redeeming.

 Please note that minimum money that can be redeemed from Family Special card is
Rs. 22/- (i.e. 32 bonus points).

Pre-paid card :

The RelianceOne Family Special card can also be used as pre-paid card where you
can load your money at Reliance Fresh, Super and Mart and can purchase from
Reliance Fresh, Super, Mart, Market, Trends, Footprint, Autozone, Payless, Jewels,
Digital, Digital Express and Digital Express Mini. There are two ways to load money in
your Family Special card:

A. At Store :

 The maximum amount that can be loaded is Rs. 5,000/- at one time. The
money can be loaded in any of Reliance Fresh, Super and Mart stores.

B. On RConnect/ESS :

 You can load your card for maximum amount of Rs. 10000 per month
(Minimum Rs. 500) through your RConnect/ESS. This is applicable only for
confirmed employees.
 You need to ensure your card is activated before loading money. The
amount loaded by you will be deducted from your salary. The amount
loaded will not be reversed.

 You will receive an E-Mail confirming the top up and you can see the card
balance also in your RConnect/ESS in the same screen.

Limitation on Accumulated amount on your Family Special Card

 Prepaid card can be re-loaded. Maximum outstanding balance on the prepaid


card is 50,000/-.
 The prepaid facility is available to all the active supervisory employees (other
than associates). People who have resigned and are serving notice period will
not be eligible.
 Lost, stolen or damaged cards will have to be hotlisted and balance would be
transferred in new card no. (Please see point no. 12)
 This balance in the card is valid for 12 months from the date of loading or last
transaction, whichever is later. Please use up the card balance within these
12 months.
 Prepaid Balance can be checked at Store or by calling up the Customer Care
Numbers. (Please see point no. 12)

9. Family Special Card process :

How to get new card

 The Family Special card will be part of the ID Card process, so that all new
joinee employees get this card alongwith their ID Card.
 Existing employees will get their Family Special card from their location HR.
 If you have not received your card, please write to the Customer Care at
relianceone.familyspecialcard@ril.com

If I lose card, then what

For All employees :

In case of damage or loss of card,


a. Please login to your Rconnect/ESS and deactivate your card. Deactivation
can be done as below :
Go to Reliance Card -> Deactivation
Fill in the reason in the Reason box & save.

b. Please note, that the card can be deactivated only if the employee has
activated the card in his/her Rconnect/ESS. If the employee has not
activated the card yet, he/she must first activate the card, following
which he/she will be able to deactivate it.
c. After the lost card has been deactivated, you can send the screenshot of
deactivation to relianceone.familyspecialcard@ril.com, requesting for
issuance of new RelianceOne Family Special card with the below details.
1. Employee Code
2. Old Card Number
3. Complete Office Address
4. Mobile Number
d. Once you get the new Family Special card, you can activate the new card.
All balances would be automatically transferred to the new card. Please
write to relianceone.familyspecialcard@ril.com in case of any issues in
the transfer of points.

On Separation from the Company :

On separation from the Company,


a. The benefit i.e. the discount on shopping by using the Family Special card
will stop.
b. The Family Special card needs to be surrendered to HR, as part of the
final settlement process.

c. Employee can transfer the points/prepaid amount accumulated on


Family Special card to his/her existing / new Reliance One Loyalty card.
d. If the employee does not wish to transfer the points/prepaid amount to
the RelianceOne Loyalty Card, the accumulated points/balance prepaid
amount will be forfeited.

10. Discount Visible on Rconnect /ESS :

 The discount will be CASH-BACK discount, wherein the discount will be generally
credited to the Family Special card after 24 hours of shopping (Exception: For Reliance
Jewels, cash-back will be credited after 9 days of shopping). In some cases there could
be delays if the transfer of the data from the store is delayed due to technical issues.
 The discount so credited can be redeemed at any point of time from any of the reliance
retail stores as mentioned in point no. 6.
 Discount will be credited to the Family Special card in the form of Bonus points.
 The Bonus points will be visible on ESS/RConnect as given below :

1) Who is eligible for the Employee discount scheme?


This scheme is available to all active Reliance company employees.

2) What are the discounts that I get on my “Family Special” Card? Are there any spend
limits?

The card entitles you to discount in the participating Formats of Reliance Retail. The
discount varies from Format to Format and also varies across categories and ranges from
0.8% to 15%. Please refer to ESS/RConnect for the latest list of participating formats,
discount slabs & spend limits in each category.

3) Are there any monthly charges or fees for this card?


No, the card is free of cost for Reliance Employees and there are no monthly charges for it.

4) Are there any documents required for me to get my Discount card?


No, there are no documents required for the Discount card. Just your ID card.

5) Can I get more than one Discount Card?


No, each employee is entitled to get one Discount card only.

6) How do I get to know that my Family Special card has been linked to my Employee ID?
You can check the Family Special card # on your RConnect/ESS under link “Family Special
Card”.

7) I already have a Reliance One Card; do I need a new card to avail of this scheme?
Yes, you require the new RelianceOne Family special card which is different from the
RelianceOne card. Discount in the store is available only if you swipe the RelianceOne
Family Special card.

8) I have some points on my Reliance One Card; how do I transfer them to RelianceOne
Family Special card?
Please get your existing RelianceOne Card linked to your new Family Special card by writing
to relianceone.familyspecialcard@ril.com.

9) How can I use this discount card?


You have to just give it to cashier at the time of billing so that he/she can swipe it &
discount will get credited to your card after 24 hours (Exception: For Reliance Jewels,
discount will be credited after 9 days of shopping).

10) Will the discount be applicable on the MRP or RRP of the product?
The discount is applicable on the final billing price after any promo/discount being offered
on the product.

11) If there is a Promo running on a product, how will the employee discount be calculated?
Please see the below example for clarity on discount calculation:

12) What is the validity of the discount card?


The card is valid till you are an employee of any Reliance group company.

13) I have started using my “Family Special” Card in the Store, how do I get to know that I am
getting my Discount Points?
The discount gets credited to your Family Special card after 24 hours of the shopping
(Exception: For Reliance Jewels, discount will be credited after 9 days of shopping). You can
check these discount points on ESS/RConnect the next day. In some cases there could be
delays if the transfer of the data from the store is delayed due to technical issues.

14) Can I check earned points at store?


Yes, you can check your points at the Customer service desk.
15) Can my Friends and Family Members use the “Family Special” Card?
Yes, the Family Special card can be used by your family members and friends to avail the
discount.

16) How do I get to know my Transaction / Bonus Point summary, and how much of my
Discount Limit is still remaining?
To know about your Transactions or the Bonus Points that you have earned, as well as
limits, please visit the “Family Special Card” link on your ESS/RConnect account.
Alternatively, you can also check the same by calling our Customer Care number as
mentioned on the back of the Card.

17) What do I do if I am not receiving the Promotional Messages and Special Offers on my
“Family Special” Card?
Please write to relianceone.familyspecialcard@ril.com to update your latest email ID and
mobile number so that you can start receiving these promotional offers.

18) What do I do if I lose my “Family Special” Card?

Like your employee ID, you need to preserve your Family Special card as it can be misused.
In case of a card loss, please call our Customer Care numbers immediately to hotlist the
Card or login to RConnect/ESS and deactivate the existing Family Special card. Your old card
will be blocked and you will be issued a new card. Once the new card is activated, all the
outstanding balances would be automatically transferred to the new card .If there are any
issues pertaining to the transfer, please write to relianceone.familyspecialcard@ril.com .

19) What happens if there is more than one employee living within the same family?
All employees are entitled to separate Discount cards as per policy & all are eligible to use
it.

20) Can I continue using the Family Special card even after I change my job?
The Family Special card is meant only for the active Employees of Reliance Group
companies. The family special card has to be surrendered while separating from the
Company. The separating employee can transfer the bonus point accumulation to his/her
personal Reliance One loyalty card.

Terms and Conditions for Family Special Card Membership Program

1. The Family Special Card (“the Card”) is issued by and remains the property of Reliance Retail
Limited (“Reliance”)
2. Any employee, who (i) is an individual resident in India (such term has meaning ascribed to it under
Income Tax Act, 1961), (ii) of eighteen (18) years of age or above and has the capacity to enter into a
contract and (iii) either makes specified purchases or pays fees or completes transactions as per the
then prevailing terms of Reliance, can become a member (“Member”) of Family Special Card
Membership Program (“Program”) upon Reliance
3. Only the active employees/associates of the Reliance Family can become a member (“Member”) of
Family Special Card Membership Program (“Program”)
4. A person’s application for enrolment in the Program or use of the Card shall be deemed to be
acceptance of the terms and conditions set out herein and additional terms and conditions specified
by Reliance from time to time and available at the ESS/Rconnect. The applicant/ the user of the Card
(“Member”) hereby acknowledges that he/she has understood and accepts the terms and conditions
set out herein and the terms and conditions available at the ESS/Rconnect and agrees that the same
will be binding upon him/her and he/she shall not dispute the same.
5. Members shall be entitled to earn the points only at the Stores on purchase of goods and/or services
from such Stores, and payment in respect thereof, in accordance with policies and/or schemes
introduced or prevailing at the time of use of Card (“Points”).
6. Family special card needs to be activated in ESS/R-Connect before using it in any of the participating
formats (“Formats”)
7. Family special card discount will accrue only for active employees
8. Employees will earn family special card discount only after the card is activated before the date of
purchase
9. Card should be presented to the cashier or authorized personnel before billing or completion of
transaction to earn Points, failing which points will not be credited and Reliance shall not be
responsible for the same. Member shall be solely responsible to ensure that Points and transactions
are properly credited by the Store representative.
10. No requests for retro-credit will be entertained if activated card is not presented at the time of billing.
11. Detailed Terms for use of Card, activation process, participating formats, discounts, purchase limits,
accumulation of Points, validity of Points and process of redeeming the same are set out in the
Family special card policy document in ESS/Rconnect.
12. In the case of a lost card, employee needs to immediately hotlist/block the same in ESS/R-Connect or
by calling the Call Center. Card holder will be responsible for any unauthorized transaction done till

the card is hot-listed/ blocked. Reliance will not be responsible for any loss of Points due to loss or
misuse of the Card.
13. Points cannot be encashed.
14. Reliance may disclose data relating to the Members :
a. to any affiliate/associates/partners/group companies/agent/ sub-contractor of Reliance and/or
to any person or entity for developing or communicating any offers or services, unless
otherwise duly informed by the cardholder at the designated customer service helpline of
Reliance.
b. to the extent required to be disclosed by operation of law, any regulatory authority or any
binding judgment, order or requirement of any court or other competent authority. Cardholder
hereby unconditionally permits such disclosures.
15. All disputes in connection with the Program are subject to the laws of India and subject to Mumbai
Jurisdiction.
16. Reliance reserves the right to change/amend/add/delete/modify, without assigning any reasons
therefor, terms and conditions of the Program including without limitation the rate of awarding Points,
the rate of redeeming Points, validity of Points and the qualifying purchases from time to time or to
withdraw or terminate the membership of any Member without being responsible or liable to any
person in any manner whatsoever. Members acknowledge that it may not be possible for Reliance to
ensure that all such changes/ amendments / additions /deletions/ modifications are informed to
Members. Accordingly Members are advised to check for any such changes/ amendments / additions
/deletions/ modifications regularly at the ESS/Rconnect policy document or designated customer
service call center.
17. Each Member is entitled only for one Card. In the event any applicant/Member has been issued more
than one Card, it shall be responsibility of such applicant/Member to immediately inform Reliance of
the same and submit with Reliance all the Card(s) issued subsequent to first Card for cancellation of
such Card(s).
18. No pictorial representation on the application form is for the purpose of inducement to any person
making an application and Reliance advises applicants and Members to satisfy themselves as to the
specific offer relating to such representation.
19. Please sign on the reverse of the Card for use. Reliance shall not be responsible or liable for non-
affixation of the signature or consequence arising thereupon.
20. Card will be valid till the employee is an active employee/associates of Reliance Family (DEFINE)
21. Unless otherwise specified, the Card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card and cannot be
used as such.
22. The Card is non-transferable and the benefits under the same shall accrue only to the Member to
whom Card was issued (“Cardholder”).

23. Cardholders are advised to retain all bills until credit of Points. On use of the Card, Cardholders are
advised to check immediately if their Membership number correctly appears on the bill.
24. Complaints in respect of Points not credited, in respect of such bills on which Card number is
appearing, to the Card will only be entertained within [90] days from the date of purchase of any
goods or services, if submitted along with the said bills.
25. In case of any refund as per policy, Reliance shall reverse the earlier Points generated, if any, in
respect of value of such refund.
26. No Points shall be credited if the card is used by an institution/ organization/ reseller/ bulk buyer for
purchase of goods or services.
27. No Points shall be credited to the Card if the purchase of goods or services was by way of
redemption of Points.
28. In no event, shall the Cardholder be entitled to redeem Points more than the Points standing to the
credit to such Card at the time of online redemption.
29. Points from one Member's account cannot be pooled or combined with the Points of another
Member's account.
30. Any balance Points on withdrawn, expired, cancelled or terminated Cards will be automatically
forfeited. Non-use of the Card for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will result in forfeiture of
accumulated Points and cancellation of the Card. The Cardholder acknowledges that Reliance may
not be able to intimate him/her of the same and Cardholder shall periodically check the status.
31. Reliance’s computation of Points in the Card shall be final and binding on Cardholder and Cardholder
shall not raise any dispute or question in respect of the same.
32. A minimum balance of thirty two (32) Points shall be required in Customer’s Card account in order to
place a point redemption request.
33. Points shall not expire and are redeemable only against select products or services in accordance
with the prevailing redemption policy / special schemes at the time of such redemption.
34. Reliance shall not be liable or responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for the goods or
services provided by third parties or program affiliates, sponsors or partners under any scheme/ offer/
program promoted by Reliance or otherwise be responsible for any direct or indirect loss arising from
the failure, accident, negligence, non adherence to safety norms of the partners to provide goods or
services, quality of goods or service or deficient services including merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose or any goods, spares or products offered and/or comprised in such services by the
Program affiliates, sponsor and partners.
35. Reliance may use information about any applicant or Cardholder to send such applicant or
Cardholder information about other goods, services and/or promotions offered by Reliance or its
affiliates, which Reliance believes may be of interest to the applicant or Cardholder. Any Member or
Cardholder that does not wish to receive this information should write to

verification of details submitted by such Member.
36. Customer agrees to receive all promotional communications (including third party promotions) via
email, SMS, call or other physical medium unless specifically requested for exemption through call
centre
37. Cardholder shall, at all times, be responsible to inform Reliance about changes in his/her personal
details in order to enable Reliance to update its records. In the event such changes are not informed
by Cardholder to Reliance, Cardholder shall not hold Reliance responsible or liable for any losses
suffered by such Cardholder due to the same.
38. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges including handling charges payable in
connection with the benefits accruing under the Program shall be borne solely by the Cardholder and
Reliance shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other
statutory dues and charges.
39. By participating in this Program, Cardholders/applicants agree to be bound by the terms and
conditions of Program. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless
Reliance and its affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any
claims, losses, damages or liability arising out of, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from
acceptance, use, or loss of any Program’s goods or services, or participation in any Program related
activity or participation herein.
40. Reliance’s obligation under the Program is subject to force majeure conditions. If an event of force
majeure occurs, Reliance shall not be responsible for any damage or loss which Members/applicants
may suffer by reason of such a failure or delay of performance, and such failure or delay shall not be
a breach on part of Reliance.
41. Cardholders/applicants agree that the terms and conditions of this Membership are fair and
reasonable, and hereby waives all defenses as to the reasonableness of such terms and conditions.
42. Cardholders are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their Cards. If the Card is lost stolen or
damaged, Cardholder shall immediately holtlist /block the card on Rconnect/ESS. Alternatively
employees can contact Reliance customer care on 022-40176400, 18001027382, 18002337382 and
block/hotlist the card. Card holder will be responsible for any unauthorized transaction done till the
card is hotlisted/ blocked.
43. Cardholder may place a request for voluntary cancellation of his/her Card at any time. Cardholder
agrees that to place a request for cancellation of his/her Card he/she should write to
relianceone.familyspecialcard@ril.com (only through an email ID registered with Reliance) or call
022-40176400/ 18001027382/ 18002337382. Such request shall be entertained only on proper
verification of details submitted by such Member. In the event of voluntary cancellation of the Card,
on or before the placing such request for cancellation, Cardholder may redeem Points standing to the
credit to such Card or waive his/her right to redeem such Points. In any event simultaneously with

placing the request for cancellation of the Card, the Cardholder shall request the treatment of the
Points accordingly, else any balance Points on cancelled Cards will be automatically forfeited.
Cardholder is requested to cut the cancelled Card in 4 pieces and destroy the same
44. Liability of Reliance shall be limited to the extent of the then current value of outstanding Points
standing to the credit of Cardholder as per the record maintained by Reliance.
45. At the time of separation employee needs to submit card to respective HR. Existing point/prepaid
balance need to be transferred to a new RelianceOne card, failing which the same will be forfeited.

Pre-paid Functionality of the Card


1. A Member may, at his or her discretion opt for a prepaid functionality by loading a maximum of Rs.
5,000/- in a single transaction on the Card
2. Maximum outstanding balance in the prepaid card cannot exceed Rs 50,000
3. Reliance shall solely determine:
i. the process for loading money on the Card and the Member hereby agrees to follow the same.
ii. products for purchase of which the pre-paid functionality of the Card can be used.
iii. Outlets of Reliance at which the Card can be redeemed.
4. Card can be loaded through ESS/ R-connect
5. The Card can be recharged by paying at the store in cash or by use of credit or debit card
6. The bearer of the Card will be deemed to be the Cardholder, and the bearer will have to present this Card
to the cashier at the store at the time of billing to redeem the value against purchase of qualified products.
The value of the pre-paid card will deplete with every purchase made by the bearer. Balance available on
the Card cannot be exchanged for cash and can be redeemed only against future purchases.
7. The pre-paid functionality of the Card can only be used to make purchases up to the value loaded on the
Card. If the bearer wishes to make purchases for an amount that exceeds the balance available on the
Card, the bearer will have to pay the amount exceeding the balance using another mode of payment, as
is acceptable at the Store.
8. The money loaded by the Customer on the Card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of
loading or the last transaction, whichever is later or such other period as may be determined by Reliance
in its sole discretion.
9. All refunds/exchanges of products purchased with the Card will be made in accordance with refund policy
of Reliance.
10. Any unused balance on the Card after expiry of the above validity period will not be refunded in cash or
credited for redemption.
11. The bearer of the Card will be considered the bonafide card holder, and the recipient of the benefits of
redemption.
12. Reliance reserves the right to cancel or modify any pre-paid functionality at any time without notice.
Under such circumstances, Reliance may, at its sole discretion, either refund the balance of the amount

loaded on the Card to the bearer or set out the process pursuant to which the Cardholder may get the
benefit of the unused balance amount on the Card.
