Account No. 435-3-435-33164-6. We are not using this account since December 1, 2019.
We would like to request your office to make sure that any pay cards under MISFIT CDO
PHILIPPINES has been emptied out before we can proceed to closure of the said account.
Please notify us immediately should there be existing balances in any of the pay card
accounts.
