1. All extra items claimed and approved will be listed in a separate document for internal record.
2. Comments given on Format for cost database of completed projects
3. BHP to provide questions to be asked at the time of preparing Block estimate.
4. Pre-qualification of new contractors – Insert reference name who forwarded or suggested the
contractor profile.
5. We will eventually think of providing a dedicated vendor registration number to the contractors
who have provided and met with all our PQ parameters.
